The Tallahassee Chapter has awarded the first University of Alabama Tallahassee Chapter Alumni Scholarship to a Leon High School student in Tallahassee Florida. The recipient of the award is Ms. Lauren Hagen. An Update from Lauren “My Freshmen year at Alabama was amazing and has already flown by, and I am now having as great a time as a sophomore. I'm majoring in Political Science and it is an outstanding program at the University. I was fortunate enough to hear great speakers for my classes, with one of them being the Governor of Alabama . I went through Fall Recruitment “Rush” last year and pledged Kappa Kappa Gamma, and I am also involved in the College Republicans on campus.
